At the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Museum Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your legendary gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached; please note that media such as vinyl, CDs, and DVDs must remain sealed to be eligible for a return.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items in the original shipping box if possible, include your packing slip, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus any applicable shipping fees.
